Homemade hummus and tahini paste


At last! New season of Game of Thrones. Was waiting for that for a whole year. So as soon I was back home I sorted out all my stuff and was ready to watch. But… I needed a snack. And because I am really trying to be healthy and to not eat any crisps, I had the great idea to make my own hummus. The best thing about this recipe is that I had all of the ingredients in the cupboard apart from tahini. With the help of Google I found a recipe for that too. Quickly bought some more sesame seeds and was ready to go.

Easy-peasy pizza at home

As I mentioned in my last post it’s time for pizza. I have seen this recipe in Jamie Oliver’s “30 minute meals”. In this time you can prepare your pizza and a few salads to go with it. We skipped salads this time and made two variations of pizza. Both tasted soo good and were perfect and healthy instead of the usual take-away.

I have to mention at this point that my boyfriend and I are a big foodies. We love to watch cooking programms and testing the recipes. Last time when we saw a James Martin recipe for makerel in a pastry with goosberry relish, we loved it so much that we ended up cooking it also for our guests. I’ll try to add this recipe as well in the future. But everything in its own time. For now enjoy our pizza night 🙂
