As I mentioned in my last post it’s time for pizza. I have seen this recipe in Jamie Oliver’s “30 minute meals”. In this time you can prepare your pizza and a few salads to go with it. We skipped salads this time and made two variations of pizza. Both tasted soo good and were perfect and healthy instead of the usual take-away.
I have to mention at this point that my boyfriend and I are a big foodies. We love to watch cooking programms and testing the recipes. Last time when we saw a James Martin recipe for makerel in a pastry with goosberry relish, we loved it so much that we ended up cooking it also for our guests. I’ll try to add this recipe as well in the future. But everything in its own time. For now enjoy our pizza night 🙂
