Granola bars are one of my favourite older recipes. I found it one day on the internet and loved straight away. It’s really great- easy to make and you are able to transform the recipe to your individual preferences. Also while it tastes great it doesn’t contain any sugar or butter. I used to buy granola bars in the shops and most of the time I wasn’t entirely happy- not enough almonds, no cranberry, too sweet, too much chocolate… (I am a bit fusy when it comes to sweets 😋).
